Cooked fairly well, the skin was only slightly crisp but the meat inside was fairly dry. I ate one in the car before I left the parking lot to check the texture and was not impressed. Picked up a sizer of coors while I was at it (when in Rome, right)? Since I was driving home to eat I also got all of them dry. I ordered at the counter and came back after 25 minutes, which is what they said was the minimum. There’s a menu online if you want to call in orders and there were a few people there that looked like they were waiting on food.
